- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Professional and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor physical work
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus (not required)
